What is your return policy?

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you can feel free to contact us at support@eunimos.com and we will give you a full refund. You have 7 days to contact us and 30 days to return it from the date it was received. All returned items MUST BE in the original packaging and you MUST PROVIDE us with the shipping tracking number, specific reason for the return.

Are you still shipping during this Covid-19?

Yes, we are. We are continuing to help peoples' lives by shipping our products around the world. Please note, shipping and delivery times will take longer on most orders due to the increase in demand of the USPS and other carriers

How about the shipping costs?

Shipping is free on orders of $49 and above. If your order is below that amount, you will have to pay a shipping cost of $3.79.You don’t have to pay the shipping cost. Please note, we are not responsible for any customs, or duties charges you may incur. 

How long will it take to receive my products?

Our shipping used to takes only 10 Days to the US and 14 Days to the rest of Europe, BUT due to mass orders, Covid-19,  it will take 10-14 Days to the US and 14-21 Days to the rest of the international countries. But you have to give us 2-3 Days for us to receive and process your order and handle it to our shipping company. We request you to bear with us, thanks for understanding. 

How do i place an order?

Simply choose your style on the product page then click the “Add To Cart” button and follow the simple steps to complete your order. We’ll prepare your order and let you know when it's on its way!

Why is my tracking number not working?

Tracking numbers can take 1-2 days to appear in the shipping carrier's system. Occasionally, the shipping carrier can lose an order. If the tracking number is still not working within a few days, please contact the shipping carrier.

When will my card be charged?

Just after your order has been successfully placed.

I'm an international customer (outside the USA.) Do I have to pay customs, VAT, and taxes?

Items shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import duties, VAT, taxes, and/or charges which are not included in the total cost of your order, and they won't be covered or reimbursed by us under any circumstances.

Unfortunately, we have no control over customs/VAT charges and can't predict what they will be.  
We're not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to placing your order. If you refuse an order because of customs / VAT charges, we'll be unable to refund you.

I remembered entering the wrong shipping address, can I still be in a position to change it?

If you placed the order in less than 24 hours, there's a chance we can change the address. Depending on when you place the order, even then we might be unable to make the change. After 24 hours we definitely won't be able to change the address of your shipment. We advise you to check properly your address before placing an order.

Do your products bear a warranty?

YES! it has 12 months Manufacturer`s limited Warranty for defective items (excluding items damaged and/or misused after receipt). Accessories come with a 3-month warranty.
